6. Duties of the insolvency judge. Setting the remuneration of the insolvency practitioner appointed provisionally

Summary/Abstract: Law no. 85/2006 on the insolvency proceedings, sets forth who has the duty to set the remuneration of the insolvency practitioner, in various stages of the proceedings. There is no legal impediment for the remuneration of the provisional judicial liquidator to be set by the insolvency judge subsequently to opening the proceedings as well, as long as the law sets forth expressly that it is the duty of the insolvency judge, provided that the remuneration has not been already set.
