Summary/Abstract: “Like a day of life” is the evocative title of the anthology recently published by Mușatinii Publishing House in Suceava (in 2024), issued in homage to the visual artist Dany‑Madlen Zărnescu. The florilegium, compiled by Doina Cernica, brings together a collection of articles, relevant documents and posters, exhibition reviews, interviews, critical studies, and analyses of collage techniques, alongside artistic portraits of the painter (504 pages of text and illustrations). According to the author, the present volume was conceived “ten years after the painter Dany‑Madlen Zărnescu passed into eternity,” with the aim of encouraging a reassessment and rediscovery of her artistic work” [2, p. 9].
