Summary/Abstract: This article proposes that the integration of philosophical and mystical ways of knowing God is accomplished within the human person, whose innate purpose to love Him provides the very means of achieving the Trinitarian life. It begins by examining natural knowing through reason, drawing on Aristotle and St. Thomas Aquinas, and acknowledges the limitations of human intellect in fully grasping the divine. The article then transitions to mystical knowing, emphasizing that this is an experiential, love-driven encounter with God as a Triune Community of Persons, rather than a conceptual understanding. By bringing these two ways of knowing together through faith, humanity can be brought into the life of the Trinity which is the ultimate happiness for which all humanity is made.
