Summary/Abstract: The article presents a theoretical model of teachers’ professional competences. The author’s model is constructed within the context of the symbiosis of the transgressive and synergetic approaches, overcoming the functionalist–reductionist fragmentation of competences. Based on the idea of the T-core of competence, the proposed model may also be viewed as a universal framework applicable to any profession.
