Summary/Abstract: In the context of an ageing workforce and increasing representation of employees aged 50+, managing age-diverse teams has become a growing challenge for organizations. This article explores the factors that facilitate or hinder the effective inclusion of older employees in multigenerational teams, drawing on their own perspectives. The study was conducted among 61 employees aged 50 and over from various sectors. A quantitative approach was adopted, based on an original questionnaire. Three research hypotheses were tested regarding the role of leadership style, trust and communication climate, and opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing in shaping engagement and team integration among older workers. Findings confirm that a participative leadership style, high levels of trust, and clear communication significantly contribute to the motivation and sense of belonging of employees aged 50+. The importance of professional development was only partially confirmed, with interpersonal collaboration and recognition emerging as more decisive. These insights offer a foundation for developing inclusive workplace practices that promote the full participation of older workers in multigenerational team.
