Summary/Abstract: The decision on the extension of a lease agreement of shared premises in forced co-ownership is undoubtedly an act of administration of the block of flats so that the action for its annulment is classified, from the point of view of the jurisdiction, in the first assumption of the norm of art. 94 item 1 letter c) of the Code of civil procedure.
