Conjunctures of Racism. Reflections on Anti-East European Racism

Summary/Abstract: Anti-East European racism – this is not only a new term, but also a controversial one that has recently been strongly promoted by various authors and activists. In this article, we want to contribute to the further development of the perspective of anti-East European racism from both our activist and academic practice. To this end, we will call on various traditions of critical racism theory and work on the operationalisation of the term through a biographical and activist-based focus on Romania.
