Summary/Abstract: In the introductory part of the work, basic information about the place and location of the object is given. Furthermore, the author provides available data on the time frame of the construction of the building, which is placed in the period of the end of the XVIII or the first half of the XIX century, i.e. before 1831. It was apparently built by Osman Pasha Gradascevic. Considering that his sons had no male descendants, the tower, with the marriage of Nur-hanuma, Mahmudbey’s daughter, became the property of Fadilpasic, and later, with the marriage of her daughter Mevhiba, it became the property of Haki-bey Dzinic. Finally, in 1947, with the Agrarian Reform and colonization, the tower was taken from its owners, declared state property and given as a land fund for the management of agricultural property. The paper also provides descriptions of the structure of the building itself, its dimensions, purpose, and data on upgrades. All phases of the building’s protection, from the first renovation in 1957, through the declaration of a cultural monument in 1962, renovation projects from 1975 and 1983 led by the Institute for the Protection of Monuments of SR BiH, were also covered. In 2004, the Commission for the Preservation of National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina declared the tower a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina - an architectural unit. The last renovation was from 2017, which was led by the Office for the Management of Public Property of the Government of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
