Summary/Abstract: This paper examines the possibilities and limitations of applying artificial intelligence in administrative proceedings – administrative procedure and administrative dispute. Particular attention is given to the phases in which the integration of these technologies is legally and functionally feasible – from initiating and conducting proceedings, through managing evidence and data, to making and justifying decisions.
