Summary/Abstract: The study contains literary explications of Bogdan Ostromęcki’s poems, selected from the volume Dom odnaleziony. This is a collection of poems, published after the author’s death, which can beconsidered representative of the poet’s work. The works interpreted in this sketch are an emanation of theauthor’s metaphysical search. They are a prayer, admiration and amazement of nature, express a desirefor dialogue with the Creator, and are an intimate testimony of faith. The article draws attention to thedialogical nature of this poetry and its rooting in the literary tradition important to Bogdan Ostromecki.
