Summary/Abstract: The paper presents three compositions, whose photos are found in the documentation centre of the National Conservation Centre – Skopje and the Institute for protection of monuments of culture and Museum – Ohrid. The current state of the fresco painting in the three Hospital churches: St. Nicholas Bolnički, Mother of God Bolnička and Lesser St. Clement does not allow us for a detailed analysis, it is fragmented or completely destroyed. The two compositions and one saint representation, attract our attention. Those are: in St. Nicholas Bolnički the presentation of St. Helena in the first zone of the west wall; in the Mother of God Bolnička the composition The Man of Sorrow in the niche of the prosthesis and part of the composition The Annunciation in the Church of the Lesser St. Clement. Through the found archive photos we will make an iconographical analysis and we will try to find their meaning within the framework of the spatial program.
