Summary/Abstract: This article examines how private archives sustain Armenian arts and culture in diaspora community museums. Focusing on the Dudian Museum (Bucharest), Ararat-Eskijian Museum (Los Angeles), and Artak Manookian Museum (Tehran), it shows how personal collections of paintings, textiles, manuscripts, photographs, and metalwork underpin these institutions. Beyond preserving cultural artifacts, the museums safeguard Armenian identity and collective memory, pro-viding vital resources for research in history, art history, ethnography, and Armenology, highlighting the indispensable role of private contributions in maintaining Armenian heritage.
