Summary/Abstract: In a two-part study, the author analyses the transposition of Directive 2019/1151 (EU) by various Member States of the European Union. In this second part of the series, the author proceeds to the presentation of the national implementations of the directive in Finland and Poland. The author then presents the conclusions of the study, positing that in all examined jurisdictions material steps have been taken to implement Directive 2019/1151 (EU).
