CAREER GUIDANCE SUPPORTING THE REALIZATION OF PERSONS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

Summary/Abstract: This article presents various tools for career guidance of individuals with special educational needs, which can be used by career counselors, teachers, parents, human resource management experts. Data from the international project “SkillCompass: Empowering Youth with Learning Differences” was used, implemented with the support of the Erasmus+ program with the participation of organizations from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, North Macedonia and Serbia. The possibilities for applying the created tools for career counseling of individuals with special educational needs such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia or ADHD are described.
