Summary/Abstract: In order to show the problems faced by the Romanian educational environment, I have chosen two relatively recent cases resolved by the High Court of Cassation and Justice of Romania, through the Panel for resolving legal issues, which aim to show the Romanian judge's vision on the issue of discrimination in Romanian society, discrimination in employment relationships. At the level of European states, specialized national institutions have been created with the aim of promoting government policy carried out for the protection of vulnerable and minority groups. Members of communities recognized by governments as needing specialized institutions to protect their interests are persons belonging to ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities, sexual minorities, foreigners, immigrants, refugees, women, children, disabled people, elderly people.
