Situated within the theoretical framework of Disability Studies and informed by relevant legal and medical documentation, the analysis investigates the museum’s programs and materials designed for neurodiverse visitors. It further evaluates the extent to which these initiatives align with inclusive practice implemented in contemporary European and U.S. museums. The discussion considers the evolving role of museums as spaces of learning, participation, and belonging, emphasizing how specific programs address the needs of neurodiverse publics. Through this case study, the article contributes to the emerging body of scholarship on inclusive museum practices in Romania and underscores the importance of sustained institutional commitment to supporting neurodiverse communities within the cultural sector.
