Summary/Abstract: With regard to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (Panel for the Clarification of Points of Law), three decisions were published concerning: the Criminal Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, Law No. 101/2016 on remedies and means of appeal in the matter of the award of public procurement contracts, sectoral contracts and service concession contracts, as well as on the organisation and functioning of the National Council for Solving Complaints.
