Execution of European Court of Human Rights judgments against Bulgaria

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the issue of measures that should be taken by the Republic of Bulgaria in implementation of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. Arguments are presented that a significant part of the recommendations found in the practice of the court, on which urgent action is expected at the present time, are aimed at ensuring improvements in law enforcement, not so much in the planning and adoption of regulatory changes.
