Summary/Abstract: The MiCA Regulation covers, through the current regulation, the issuance, public offering and admission to trading of crypto-assets, as well as the provision of services related to them. The European legislator aimed to broaden the legal framework for consumer protection by increasing transparency and protecting investors, increasing financial stability by preventing systemic risks associated with crypto-assets, creating a clear framework for market developement and as an efficienty improvement- simplifying thr authorization process for companies in the crypto sector. Last but not the least, it aimed to improve measures to combat money laudering.
