FALSIFYING DOCUMENTS, BETWEEN IMAGINARY AND REALITY

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the use of a false identity card in front of an authority, namely the notary public, followed by the signing of documents with legal consequences. The types of forged documents, official documents and authenticated private documents are presented. The paper examines the forgery of identity documents and signatures from the perspective of methods of examining forgery and the impact they have on the legal system and everyday life.
