Summary/Abstract: On 12–13 December 2025, the Faculty of Law of the University of Oradea organized the sixth edition of the “Administrative Litigation” conference, which continues to bring together public law specialists—both theorists and practitioners—around topics of pressing relevance and practical significance. The event opened with a speech by the Rector of the University of Oradea, Prof. Univ. Dr. Habil. Constantin BUNGĂU, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of dialogue between the academic and judicial spheres.
