Summary/Abstract: On 18 September 2025, the Government of Romania adopted Emergency Ordinance no. 47/2025 amending Government Ordinance no. 66/2000 on the organization and practice of the profession of industrial property adviser, a normative act published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 880 of 25 September 2025. Through the adoption of this normative act, national legislation in the field of recognition of professional qualifications and the free movement of services has been aligned with the standards of the European Union and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
