Summary/Abstract: The cultural structure of society is seen as an important factor among the characteristics that shape entrepreneurship traits. The dominant culture in society also influences individuals' ways of thinking and the characteristics of individuals raised through education systems. In individualistic societies where personal preferences take precedence, independent thinking and creativity are encouraged, while in collectivist cultures, cooperation and harmony are prioritized. In this context, it is evident that factors that may directly or indirectly influence entrepreneurial traits, including cultural characteristics as well as higher-order thinking skills, should be examined. This study aimed to examine the predictive relationships between upper-secondary vocational students' entrepreneurial orientations, cultural motivation, attention to detail, and analysis skills using structural equation modeling. A predictive research model was used in the study. The sample of the study consists of 454 upper-secondary vocational students. “Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation Scale”, “Analytical Thinking Scale,” and “Cultural Awareness Scale” were used to collect the data. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data. It was determined that cultural motivation is a variable that positively predicts entrepreneurial orientation at a moderate level. Attention to detail and analysis skills are variables that positively and moderately predict entrepreneurial orientation. In terms of the effect of cultural motivation on entrepreneurial orientation, it was found that attention to detail and analysis skills are partial mediating variables, with the indirect effects being relatively low. These results indicate that there is a need for activities that integrate entrepreneurship studies in upper-secondary schools with cultural characteristics and thinking skills.
