Summary/Abstract: Regarding the unitary interpretation and application of the provisions of art. 413 para. (1) points 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure in relation to those of art. 46 para. (3), art. 49 para. (5) and (7) of Law no. 317/2004 on the Superior Council of Magistracy, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as of art. 47 para. (3), art. 49 para. (12) and (14) of Law no. 305/2022 on the Superior Council of Magistracy, in disciplinary proceedings resolved before the sections of the Superior Council of Magistracy, the provisions of art. 413 of the Code of Civil Procedure relating to the optional suspension of cases may be applied.
