Summary/Abstract: In the interpretation and application of the provisions of art. 26 para. (5) of the Law no. 115/2015 for the election of local public administration authorities, for the amendment of the Law on Local Public Administration no. 215/2001, as well as for the amendment and completion of the Law no. 393/2004 on the Statute of Local Elected Officials, with subsequent amendments and completions, the list of persons who may be designated, by drawing lots, as presidents of constituency electoral bureaus and their deputies, for the general local elections, includes judges in office at the competent tribunal to make their designation, as well as at the courts of law in their territorial constituency.
