Summary/Abstract: Regarding the unitary interpretation and application of the provisions of art. 31 para. (6) of Law no. 211/2004 on certain measures to ensure information, support and protection of crime victims, with the previous amendments and supplements to Law no. 272/2024 on the amendment and supplements to Law no. 211/2004 on certain measures to ensure information, support and protection of crime victims, the appeal filed against the decision of the Commission for granting financial compensation to crime victims, established within the courts, by which the request for financial compensation or the request for granting an advance thereof was resolved, shall be heard by a panel of two judges, according to the rules specific to the adjudication of the appeal in non-contentious procedures.
