Summary/Abstract: Applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) technologies in education have advanced significantly in recent years. These technologies have revolutionized instructional design, classroom activities, student participation, and education research. This paper reviews the role of AI, ML, and DL in education, and their impact on student needs, teaching strategies, resource usage, and personalized learning for the need to revamp educational system. These technologies have enhanced learning outcomes, curriculum development, and classroom tasks by enabling personalized learning. The review reveals a new direction in cutting-edge research on schooling because it has created new opportunities for individualized learning, instructional design, and complex learning systems for schools and universities. It is because AI, ML, and DL technologies have offered modern precision education, improving student learning and competences. This is achieved via model-driven data analytics that the algorithms directly created, interpretated, and validated with rapid pace. The educational system and process need to be revamped in light of these shifting technologies. Thus, further integration of AI, ML, and DL in education can enhance learninginvolvement, provide more personalized experiences, and develop student essential skills like digital literacy, creativeness, teamwork, and analytical thinking. Future research can explore the impact of personalized learning, AI-assisted recognition, and automated assessment on schooling and higher education in the revamping of education systems.
