Summary/Abstract: At the end of October 2025, in Brussels, under the auspices of the Economic and Social Committee, I took part—at the invitation of the Center for Legal Resources—in the final conference of the project Advancing the Rights of Persons with Disabilities through Strategic Litigation. The project, funded through a European Commission grant, was implemented over a two‑year period under the coordination of Victim Support Europe and brought together six non‑governmental organizations from five member states. Its main objective was to promote the application of European law through strategic litigation activities aimed at addressing violations of the fundamental rights of persons with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities.
