Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify, analyze, and evaluate the role of mechanical engineering education management in supporting the achievement of SDG 4 (quality education) through the development of sustainable product innovation, such as electric motorcycle component using lean manufacturing. This is a qualitative and descriptive study with data collected from various trusted sources, such as scientific journals about SDGs, and publications related to lean manufacturing. The theoretical framework combines management theory, lean manufacturing concepts, and sustainability principles with a conceptual framework that explains how mechanical engineering education can be incorporated into product innovations relevant to the global sustainability agenda. Furthermore, it examines role in directly supporting the achievement of SDG 4, especially in improving the quality, relevance, and inclusiveness through a lean manufacturing approach. The result shows the role of mechanical engineering education management in identifying the key elements of lean manufacture, the relationship between lean manufacture and product innovation, the impact on the quality and accessibility of education, and the Implementation Model of Mechanical Engineering Education Management Based on Lean Manufacture. By focusing on efficient curriculum design, optimized learning processes, and effective resource utilization, the implementation of lean methods such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) has enhanced innovation and reduced non-value-added activities in learning. The findings suggest that lean manufacturing provides a relevant and practical framework for building a more adaptive, inclusive, and future-oriented engineering education system.
