Summary/Abstract: This study investigates the integration of sentiment AI into leadership feedback systems and its impact on leadership adaptability and employee satisfaction within medium to large organizations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Grounded in Situational Leadership Theory, Emotional Intelligence Theory, and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study employs a descriptive-correlational quantitative design. A total of 470 professionals from technologically proficient sectors, banking, telecom, and logistics, participated in the study (A total of 470 professionals employed across technologically advanced sectors, namely banking, telecommunications, and logistics, participated in the study). Real-time sentiment data were collected using natural language processing (NLP) techniques across 13,500 workplace messages over 30 days. Surveys measuring leadership adaptability, emotional responsiveness, and employee satisfaction complemented the AI-generated sentiment scores. The results indicate significant positive relationships between sentiment score and leadership adaptability (r = 0.36), as well as between emotional responsiveness and employee satisfaction (r = 0.51). Regression and path analyses confirm that sentiment score and emotional responsiveness are strong predictors of adaptive leadership, which in turn predicts employee satisfaction. Time-series sentiment trend visualizations further revealed emotional fluctuations aligned with major leadership communications, such as CEO messages and policy updates. The study highlights the transformative potential of AI-driven emotional diagnostics in enhancing leadership practices, particularly in the culturally nuanced context of Saudi Arabia. Ethical implications and implementation strategies are discussed to guide responsible adoption. These findings support the role of sentiment AI as a scalable tool for promoting emotionally intelligent and adaptive leadership in digitally evolving workplaces.
