Summary/Abstract: The research paper addresses the problem of further corporate education as part of the work schedule. During the COVID-19 crisis the learning space extended: The employees could spend part of their working hours working from the office and part from home. The aim of this study is to integrate work schedule and hybrid learning in corporate education. The aim will be achieved by elaborating models of education and identifying respondents’ preferences with focus on key competencies. Questionnaire responses from 191 respondents were analyzed, resulting in the developed 12 models of education and identification of respondents’ preferences with focus on key competencies. Learning models of corporate education in terms of the ratio of learning from home and learning from office. The conclusions are supported with statistical analysis. Its results show that respondents prefer the model in which learning from home and learning from office modes are simultaneous and account for equal proportions. Respondents selected the model based on their preferences and the learning content. The recommendation aims to ensure employees have adequate technical equipment to work from home, and a well-designed hybrid curriculum.The outcome of the study can be used in organizing corporate training, as well as in the theory of hybrid work schedules.
