Summary/Abstract: If the Republic of Bulgaria’s economic development strategies has to include the implementation of inclusive economic development, attention must be focused on the quality of education, including ensuring that all students acquire basic skills. The policies implemented in the field of education must be aimed at building a solid „knowledge capital“, taking into account its direct relationship with the rates of economic growth.
