Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the legal classification of repeated acts of rape committed by a father against his daughter, which began when she was 14 years old, with the last act occurring after the entry into force of Law No. 217/2023, when the victim was already an adult. The first section explores whether there is a case of multiple offences or a single continuing offence. After determining that we are dealing with a continuing offence, the discussion focuses on whether it should be classified as rape or rape committed against a minor.
