Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a survey conducted among students of pedagogy. Respondents were asked about the characteristics of an ideal teacher, the justification for their choice, and self-reflection on their own predispositions to become an ideal teacher in the future. The responses indicate a high awareness of future teachers about the characteristics important for working in the profession.
