Summary/Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of the article is to investigate contemporary management strategies aimed at optimising the use of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) within Ukraine’s transport-logistics sector and to assess their sectoral relevance. Design/Method/Approach: The study draws on a five-year literature review and practical cases of SaaS adoption by Ukrainian logistics companies; it classifies cloud-first, hybrid, and traditional strategies and defines effectiveness criteria for SaaS solutions. Findings: The analysis consolidates international experience with the current state of digitalisation in Ukraine, showing that SaaS improves transparency, speed, and flexibility of logistics operations and strengthens corporate competitiveness. Theoretical Implications: The study develops an integrated theoretical framework for SaaS management that combines IT strategy, risk governance, and change management. Practical Implications: Actionable guidance is provided for mitigating core challenges – data security, system integration, vendor lock-in, and employee resistance – validated through domestic case studies. Originality/Value: The article offers the first comprehensive review of SaaS management strategies tailored to Ukraine’s transport-logistics ecosystem. Research Limitations/Future Research: Directions for future inquiry include deeper economic assessment of SaaS impacts and analysis of wartime factors accelerating logistics digitalisation.
