Summary/Abstract: In an increasingly interconnected world, cyber resilience has become a strategic imperative across regions. This paper explores and compares the approaches of NATO, the European Union, BRICS, and ASEAN in fostering cyber resilience, with a particular focus on the use of AI-driven simulations. While regional differences in governance, capacity, and strategic vision persist, all actors recognise the growing role of collaborative simulations in preparing for sophisticated cyber threats. By analysing regional doctrines, capacity-building initiatives, and simulation-based exercises, this study argues that AI-enhanced scenario planning can bridge current gaps in preparedness. The paper concludes that although geopolitical fragmentation limits the scope of global convergence, the simulation space, especially when enriched by artificial intelligence, offers a promising domain for shared resilience efforts.
