Summary/Abstract: The digital divide, leading to social inequalities, digital exclusion and inequalities in employment and mobility, is proving to be a significant problem for digital adaptation and digital transition. Digital inequalities and labour market divisions, although a socially significant issue, remain on the periphery of public attention. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to examine the impact of digitalization on the new “skills” in the labour market and the education system, to analyze the challenges faced by all actors in this process, to thus outline priorities to alleviate the inevitable changes of the digital transformation process.
