Summary/Abstract: The article considers verses Мt 5:48; 19:21, as well as the connections between the concept of perfection as a spiritual and moral ideal established by Jesus Christ. Its objective is to establish and explain the meaning and the use of the admonition to perfection in the Second Epistle of St. Ap. Paul to Timothy (2 Tim 3:16-17).
