Summary/Abstract: Purpose: The article is devoted to generalizing global experience in forming innovative managerial solutions in the machine-building industry. The relevance of the research stems from the urgent need to modernize management approaches, driven by technological challenges, economic instability, and the consequences of war for Ukraine's machine-building sector. The aim is to identify effective innovations that enhance flexibility, competitiveness, and resilience of enterprises in the industry. Design/Method/Approach: The study is based on a qualitative methodological approach using methods of comparative analysis, systematization, and interpretation of secondary data. A wide range of scientific sources, international reports, and statistical data reflecting the state of the machine-building industry in Ukraine and worldwide were analyzed. The methodology also included a case analysis of specific managerial innovations applied in leading countries, followed by an assessment of their implementation potential in the Ukrainian context. Particular emphasis was placed on identifying common features and adaptation mechanisms to improve management efficiency in the machinebuilding sector. Findings: The article examines key innovative management solutions, including lean manufacturing, digital transformation (digital twin), agile project management, ERP systems, cross-sectoral cooperation through clusters and alliances, and the open innovation model. The benefits and implementation potential of each approach are assessed in the context of Ukrainian machine-building. The study justifies the need to adapt international experience, considering local challenges and resource constraints. Theoretical Implications: The results obtained are of theoretical value and can be integrated into the development of new approaches to improving management decisions in mechanical engineering. Practical Implications: The innovative solutions presented in the study will be useful for improving the current state of mechanical engineering in Ukraine and in the process of its post-war recovery. Originality/Value: The study is the first to conduct a comprehensive analysis and generalization of the world experience in the formation of innovative solutions in the machine-building industry. Prior to this, the problem under study was not sufficiently considered by domestic scientists. Research Limitations/Future Research: Prospect for further research is to determine the effectiveness of the above innovations. The article is theoretical in nature and can be continued with empirical research. Paper Type: Conceptual
