Summary/Abstract: In addition to aphorisms and the diary, a tribute it is paid to the essays of Tanguy Viel published in Icebergs (2019) and Vivarium (2024). These aphorisms are inscribed in the tradition of moralists like Montaigne, Valéry and others which aspire at approaching intimacy of thought by and through language.
