Summary/Abstract: This article is the continuation of the morpho-syntactical analysis of the work Libro de guisados, manjares y potages. Intitulado libro de cozina by a Catalan chef of the 16th century, Robert Nola. The 1549 edition is part of a little-known collection of the Jagellonian Library that has not yet been studied in depth. In this study, after a brief approach to culinary linguistics and the work itself, we focus on verbal inflection and the syntactical construction of the text. With all this, we intend to encourage hispanists to investigate this invaluable collection and, following the guidelines of culinary linguistics, present the cookbook as a basis for linguistic studies.
