Summary/Abstract: The value orientations of Ukrainian society under the conditions of large-scale Russian aggression are examined. It is determined that the leading values of Ukrainian citizens are security, freedom, and democracy. The analysis demonstrates that the system-forming value and the foundation for the realization of other values is the independent Ukrainian state understood as both an institutional and spiritual phenomenon. The findings also indicate a strengthening of the foundations of civic and national identity in contemporary Ukraine.
