Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to examining martial law as a dynamic space of interaction between power practices, mechanisms of legitimation, and new subjects of political participation. The study is based on the integration of institutional analysis with the methodology of synergetics, which makes it possible to conceptualize governance practices not merely as instruments of control but as components of broader configurations of interaction that generate new trajectories of political transformation.
