Summary/Abstract: The article emphasizes the absence of a single national idea of modern Ukraine. The assumption is made regarding the orientation towards the concept of power (force). The concept of power (force) in the history of philosophy in its constructive manifestations is analyzed. The importance of popularizing the strengths of the Ukrainian state and people at the international level is emphasized. Attention is paid to the training of specialists in relevant fields and services.
