THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF CONTEMPORARY VALUE ORIENTATIONS: AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Summary/Abstract: In recent years, Ukrainian society has been in conditions of political, economic and spiritual instability, which have worsened due to Russian aggression against Ukraine. As a result, the value system of the individual and society as a whole issubject to destructive influence, social consciousness is changing, system-forming values and moral attitudes are being questioned. There is a gap between personal and social values. Therefore, the study of the problem of value orientations has both a theoretical and practical nature. The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of philosophical, sociological and psychological ideas about values and value orientations. The degree ofdevelopment of the problem, philosophical, sociological and psychological approaches to the study of values and value orientations of the individual are analyzed.
