Summary/Abstract: The classification and typology of subjects of electoral crimes aims to highlight the importance and complexity of the criminal phenomenon in the context of electoral processes. In a functioning democracy, free and fair elections represent the legitimate foundation of public authority, and compliance with legal norms is essential to ensure their integrity. However, electoral crimes constitute a significant threat to this principle, affecting not only the results of elections, but also citizens' trust in state institutions.
