Summary/Abstract: The article explores human security from a multidimensional perspective, combining theoretical and methodological foundations with empirical approaches to assess and quantify its level. The primary aim of the research is to identify and structure the essential indicators that enable a comprehensive analysis of human security levels while providing a clear methodological framework for assessing this domain. To achieve this objective, the study examines the theoretical evolution of the human security concept, the indicators and variables used in its measurement and formulates an integrated analytical framework for comparing human security levels across countries and regions. The findings demonstrate that a multidimensional approach to human security provides a more nuanced understanding of the security–insecurity dichotomy. The conclusions emphasize the need for a unified methodology and coherent public policies to reduce social, economic, and political vulnerabilities, thereby strengthening an interdisciplinary perspective on the phenomenon.
