Summary/Abstract: New technologies bring radical opportunities, but also significant challenges. Digital technologies such as computers, mobile devices, tools for creating and distributing digital media, video games and social networks are changing the philosophy of change in organizations. New technologies, in addition to improving the environment in which change takes place, tend to fundamentally change organizations. The report examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in managing communications during organizational change with a special focus on the positive and negative aspects of its application. The opportunities that AI provides for improving internal and external communication are presented, as well as the challenges associated with its implementation. The effectiveness of AI tools in managing resistance to change, increasing employee engagement and building an adaptive organizational culture is analyzed.
