Summary/Abstract: AI-driven technologies, including machine learning, advanced data analytics, and strategic decision-making methods, are increasingly integrated into corporate operations across industries. This report examines the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in a multinational fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) corporation, MARS Inc., which operates globally in manufacturing and distribution. Despite the growing presence of AI, its formal implementation within the organization remains controlled and limited, with strict regulatory frameworks governing its permissible applications. Currently, AI is embedded in select software programs, requiring user engagement with AI-driven tools, followed by structured feedback and recommendations to inform subsequent optimization and broader deployment. Although AI is in the early stages of professional adoption within the company, its accelerated development suggests that it will play a transformative role in organizational processes over the next one to three years.
