Summary/Abstract: In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) serve as key drivers of innovation in industry. Their integration into sectors such as manufacturing, energy, transport, and healthcare leads to the transformation of production processes, resource optimization, and the development of intelligent systems. These technologies offer opportunities for sustainable growth, increased efficiency, and enhanced competitiveness on a global scale. This report explores the strategic role of AI and digitalization in promoting industrial innovation. The main objectives include clarifying key concepts, identifying innovation opportunities, and analyzing the challenges related to the implementation of these technologies. The analysis focuses on four industrial sectors corresponding to the 2025 Classification of Economic Activities (CEA-2025), in which structural changes are occurring as a result of digital transformation. The methodology includes a review of scientific literature, analysis of innovative practices, and case studies from leading enterprises. The main findings outline the foundations of digital transformation, present sector-specific innovations, and examine both the opportunities and the barriers to the successful implementation of AI.
